Warehouse Officer – Maddington

We are looking for a Warehouse Officer to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable warehousing services at our Maddington site. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely supply of goods to support our operational needs.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties to maintain high service levels.
• Check off and allocate freight.
• Operate forklifts safely.
• Dispatch and receive freight, including rotables for repair.
• Conduct stocktaking and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Process receipts and returns in ERP systems.
• Coordinate backload freight distribution.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven ability to work safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems (desirable).

Qualifications

• Essential:
  • C-Class Driver’s Licence
  • Forklift Licence
• Desirable:
  • Certificate in Storage & Handling of Dangerous Goods
  • Chain of Responsibility Certificate
  • Certificate III in Warehouse & Distribution
  • Experience in mining industry warehousing
